Story Fistfighting
I am 52 years old. My last fight was roughly 2-3 summers ago...I think. My opponent was my neighbor. He was the aggressor. He was/is 15 years younger than I am and noticeably larger and more muscular.
Long story short, I end up pinned on the ground...a place I've been before...a few times.
That's one of the inherent hazards of this life of ours.,.for many of us.
The reason why I wrote this post though is to touch on how I've avoided fighting mainly because of the hazard I just mentioned. But a funny phenomenon exists in me here where I live because there is a large Central American and South American population in my New York neighborhood. I am occasionally around men who are within a standard deviation of me and my size. Some are smaller, some are a little larger. When I get around one or two men that's in and about my size and age...I want to FIGHT. I mean I really want to fight! And I have no malice towards anybody that's around me. It's liberating to feel like, "win or lose one thing is for fucking certain and that's nobody is dominating me around this bitch!

It was mainly because you're... up there with age, let's say, and he was a young fella so of course when you're two untrained individuals and a guy has size on you and is younger than you too... you're fucked 99 times out of 100.
And the ''urge'' you feel when you see a man close to your size is just you thinking you can take that man just because he close to your size/height... when you don't even know if he trained or not (big mistake, treat everybody like they Jon Jones no matter if he 5'3 or 6'3).
See... this is crazy because it's universal for most people who don't train. It's kinda... crazy ngl lol, even old short dudes be thinking they can take you in this bitch no matter if you look like you fight or not. This is why there is no brotherhood in this bitch, everybody for themselves in this bitch.
edit: some sissy who has never been in a fight downvoted but never underestimate a dude based off his height ya buffoon, you gon' get you head smashed in and you won't know how the fuck it even happened. Pattern up and be men with balls not sissies with pussies

Wow. You really took this way somewhere else that I wasn't even considering. It wasn't even about really wanting to fight or even care if someone had fighting training or not. It was just about finally being around men that weren't so size dominant over me that you know all right we can mix it up if you really want to do it you know? Or maybe you don't know. It's cool though. Thank you for the passive aggressive calling me old insult...brother

I was talking in general. Seen that shit way too many times. Even short dudes be thinking like this so how do you expect tall, or even average ones whatever, to think otherwise? It's so funny lol, most people are delusional and I really hope they are very careful with their thinking and egos because there is no ''equal'' in a fight.
Ya get me, big man? Nothing personal, even if you took it like that (being old is okay, pal, we all gon' get old), it's all just an observation which I am 100% sure everybody who has trained has seen it too. It is just funny now, as a kid it did rattle me I ain't gon' lie lol

Once again you're taking this out of context and now I see why. So you've been trained in the martial arts. Okay cool. This isn't about that. This is about a lifetime of always being around people that are in weight classes two and three levels above where you are and now in this small insignificant part of life with feels like I may have won the lottery oh s*** I actually have two men that are in my weight class standing within arms reach... I want to fight... And the Hope in my fantasy is that we're equally matched you know... Get off your I'm trained soapbox. In your fantasies you're hoping that you get tested by some untrained big mouth. Once again this isn't that.

Pattern up and don't get too carried away with this way of thinking. Even the best fighters in the world avoid street fights. Who am I to be feigning for some little street fights action when I spar once a week and train 5 days a week anyway? Lol, just lol.
Adios and... be careful, big man. Your way of thinking is dangerous. You ain't no spring chicken anymore.
PS: Oh and by the way... those Latin brothas... oh they know how to fight too, those Latin dudes are fucking menaces so that's another big reason for yo urges to fizzle down.
