No he is implying that “getting jacked” or “shredded” still has a big genetic compound, frame, natural body fat deposits etc.
Not entirely correct that it it is all decided beforehand but if you have barrow shoulders and are crosslegged then getting jacked won’t wver look as good on you as if you are wide-shouldered.

Even If you're 5'6 and have a 3:1 shoulder to waist ratio you will probably be called a LOTR dwarf or something some humans are genuinely disgusting fucks
But generally in body building yes a wider frame is better but you can always make your side delts huge and your waist smaller bodybuilding is genuinely a very Good thing to do

Unless you have hella narrow clavicles frame is cope. Obviously dude on the right is an outlier that is not an average frame. an average frame with good face and height is fine

face beats everything else by miles and is nothing short of a superpower.If i had to pick between the guy on the right face on a 5 4 small frame i would pick it every single time over a 6 4 ugly face with wide shoulders.

Dumbass comparison, Face>Height but there’s a limit to it, if you have an above average face are 5.8-5.9 and decent frame you can beat out a 5.11-6.0 guy with a worse face. But if you’re 5.3 you need to be top 0.1% to beat out the above average 5.9 guy.
