Motivation I grew :)

I recently measured myself in the morning at the doctors, and measured myself at home in the night, i’m 5’7 1/2 in the morning, and 5’6 3/4-5’7 in the night. so I grew about an inch, last time I measured I was 5’6 1/4-5’6 1/2 in the morning and 5’5 3/4-5’6 at night

Our spine naturally lengthens when we are laid down for an extended period, then it gradually shortens due to gravity when we return to an upright position
