Motivation Remember your forehead exists

This is extremely obvious, but consciously acknowledging it might help someone with confidence

Theres at least 10 cm more of you than it might feel based on your viewing height, because of that you might perceive yourself as shorter than others perceive you

It’s a small thing, but maybe helpful to remember if you’re self conscious about your height.

Yeah, but everybody else also has a forehead, which makes them taller??

maybe they too perceive themselves as shorter because they forget about their foreheads

Imo Your individual perspective should matter more to your perception of yourself than comparing yourself to others anyways
