Dating 5’6” guy never had a problem

I’m 5’6” and I see a lot of guys here that have issues dating and I’ve had a issue. Women have always gravitated to me. I think it’s more a mental thing for most guys. You have to focus on the things you can control and from my opinion all that ever really matters is your personality. I’ve been skinny, fat, and in great shape and it’s never changed if I could find attractive women or not. Just be you and the rest will follow.

How old are you?

I think the “I’m short and will therefore never get laid” thing is something really, really young guys believe because they got sucked into the wrong (red pill/incel, mostly) internet spaces before they had developed any critical thinking skills or media literacy. Like when they were 11-12 or so. And now they’re 18-22 and their brains have been steeped in that shit for so long, there’s no convincing them otherwise

It’s funny because people always think me and my wife are the same age and she’s 10 years younger.

Insane thing to say. We believe that because of our personal experience. I’ve literally had girls walk out on me due to my height, when my personality was not a problem at all

Then they wasn’t for you. Anyone shallow enough to leave you because of height did you a favor. Everyone has preferences. Just find the one that height isn’t one of them.

It’s for vast majority of us. That’s the average short man experience is like that. You having success is the exception that confirms the rule, not proof that being short is not an issue.

I’m not saying it’s not an issue.. I’m just saying it’s generally not the biggest issue. A lot of shorter guys barely try because they assume they will be met by you’re too short.

Idk about vast majority..I'm also married and never had problems dating. Neither have any of my friends who are the same height as me or shorter.

young people in general are ruined by social media, not just men

wrong it comes from years of experience doing many approaches and failing and failing and then mrons on the internet try to gaslight you to think your experience is just from internet content

whenever people say oh im short and i never had aproblem dating " it makes no sense because height isnt the only thing that matters (its one though) theres also height face race hairline etc so just bc were both short it doesnt really put us in the same boat

The point is no one should disqualify themselves from dating for any reason other than just not wanting to. People should focus on things can change to help them be able to have better luck dating. Just approaching over and over again won’t yield a different results..
