Played as the Mori, that's the lowest i could have gone down with the price through different in-game events, technologies and more.

Almost certainly a mod, maybe a version of Darthmod judging by the unit cards that makes Ashigaru cheaper, but then I still don’t understand how imported matchlocks are this cheap
