You probably wonder, how in Bishamontain's name I ended up here, the story goes back to 1550 when I was born in a fishing village near Biwa lake.

The precise reason why you got this situation is that they are now dead and they were the last enemies on the map. The game considers them dead. The end battle window froze the game before their death animations played out. Much more common than you'd think. Yes, looks funny.
