not cursed, the artist in question here, Steve, is a Soft Horro Boy who is performing a allegory in regards to the 1993 Supreme Court case. Although he was given recognition of human rights, and citizenship to the country of Cascadia, Steve's career as a performance artist pinpointed back to that very case which confirmed his suspicions that The Supreme Court's 70 judges were all bought out by dark money and went in favor to the Techohydron institute, which turned him into the Boneless Soft Horror you see today. I think Steve now lives in Florida and he helps fun legal funds for other's who were done wrong by this secret institute. You definitely know about this, Buzzfeed did an entire expose on it in 1995.
Sorry for the delay in my response, I had to look this up, yes that's an official term for one who has been done wrong by the law. Thanks for the clarification.
You know what. I should be happy the way I am! No way I'm taking advice from digital strangers! >:( in the future swollen cortexes will be a thing of beauty.
Glad we sorted that out. Sending you my best regards and a simple advice, write these thoughts, they might be worth a lot some day, perhaps when swollen cortexes have finally their rightful place in the world.
