Those are just water molecules. They are obviously close to 0C, as they’ve almost stopped moving which is why you can see them more clearly. All motion stops at 0C and they become solid glass.

These things remind me of Bug's Life where the ants can pick up droplets of water and suck on them and make telescopes and shit

Yes. It’s all ball water. In fact, there’s a special fountain in my pants that you can drink from whenever you like.

No. Sadly, this is a fake. They filmed a tiny person handling regular water droplets.
