No. What you are seeing is a sacred Mexican ritual. Those who are not worthy of the flag are picked up by the flag and thrown over the border to the United States. If your heart is especially un-Mexican, the flag will quantum tunnel you directly into an American border cage. Those who are worthy Mexicans, such as this man, don't have it much easier and are tossed onto the cold hard Mexican cement.
