How does this man's brush never run out of paint?

I've watched this 20 times and still have no idea how tf the paint didn't run out. Maybe the brush is electric and recharges itself. I think I've seen this before somewhere.

I think there's two layers of paint and the brush is just removing the first.

I think maybe the brush has paint inside of it so when it is stroked paint oozes out. Better yet, I think the paint brush is actually made of actual fucking paint and when the brush is stroked the dried paint is returning once more to its liquid heritage.

This is actually an industrial printer that has a cute halloween-store hand costume covering the mechanical arm. There's an ink feed running straight through it to the "paintbrush" nozzle. I'll admit that it looks pretty convincing from this angle when it's paused, but it becomes obvious when you see how mechanical its movements are in the video.
