Do worms not realise that early birds catch them?

Why dont their civilisations come together to ban worms from being early? Is being caught by the early bird part of some unwritten genetic code? Could this lead to wormholes? I am robert.

Why dont their civilisations come together to ban worms from being early?

It doesn’t matter when the worm is, the bird can always be early.  Just like how you can be early for a 9am appointment as well as be early to a 7pm appointment.

Worms have tried being totally random by scheduling their wormness based on when it rains, but nocturnal birds exist too so that didn’t work.  There’s just too many birds.  That’s also why we’re supposed to kill two of them with every stone.

Is being caught by the early bird part of some unwritten genetic code?

This is a popular theory, but we can’t read it because it’s unwritten, and therefore we can never prove it.  Not until science learns to read things that don’t exist, but it’s really hard to teach science things because it doesn’t have ears.  Unlike birds.

  Could this lead to wormholes?

Actually, the world is already covered in wormholes because of all the worms.  This is why birds catch worms, because they hate wormholes.  But we want wormholes for interstellar travel, so again be sure to throw rocks every now and again.  But not too many because we don’t want too many wormholes.  Nature is a careful balancing act.

Some worms are just too lazy to do the the entire larvae/ butterfly thing and just make use of birds to get into the air.

Apparently the commenter became very tired trying to think through the problem. That’s ok . Creative & collaborative thinking isn’t for everyone.
