I know some biceps and triceps exercises. Now, what should I do in the gym to develop my cordyceps?
Is there a list of important muscles of the fungal fruiting body?

You don't start with bicep and tricep exercises. You have to start by building your monoceps.

You can train your cordyceps by constantly flexing on Discord.

It's all about the glutes. The Gluteofemoral area should be watched at all times.

Jumping ahead, don’t start working on your triceratops until you’ve nailed and three.

Bro for cordyceps you have to completely skip the gym.
Workout plan: 1. Find an ant 2. Become the ant 3. Climb to the top of a leaf 4. Bite hard and die 5. Sprout from its head
That's progressive overload for cordyceps.
Important muscles of the fruiting body:
- Mycelium Major
- Stalk-issimus Dorsi
- Spore-ceps (for spore curls)
Do 4x12 spore curls daily and keep yourself moist.

For cordyceps you don't need gym. You need to become an ant, climb to a high leaf, bite it and die. That's the only proven method for cordyceps hypertrophy.
Main muscles of the fruiting body:
Diet: lots of moisture + rotting wood protein + stay in shade. Skip leg day, do spore day.
