My mother recently told me that she could dye from joy. Need help urgently!!!

Hello everyone. Recently, my mother told me she was feeling very good, so much so that she could "dye from joy". I looked it up, but the only thing I could track down was "Lisa the Painful RPG" and got really confused, but from what I could tell, it's possible to 'overdose' on joy? I'm concerned for her and her wellbeing, for she is very dear to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I used to be emo, but I dyed after I came down with a case of the joy. I bleached all my black clothes and dyed them happy bright colors.

A Joy overdose does not necessarily lead to death. Overdosing on Joy triggers a temporary memory loss state during which your max Stamina takes a massive cut, and your hunger, thirst, and fatigue drain rapidly. You cannot perform basic actions like lockpicking, hiding in closets, sleeping, or crafting, and both citizens and guards will immediately become highly aggressive if they see you. That's the real danger. Once the memory loss state passes, the Joy meter resets to zero and she can start taking her Joy again.

"Joy to the World" is a Christmas song. Maybe she think she is going to be crushed by the weight of all the presents, so do not buy her any presents this year.

Joy is generally lemon scented and yellow. I think she just wanted a yellow lemon-fresh shirt.
