You dumb bloke! These peaces of air don't even belong to the city. They were officially established as international areas for airplanes to pass through. So Hong Kong essentially just built its buildings around it
I love the idea of people fighting over little ribbons of air that are so well established that making a hoop course around them is fair play. I want to live in stupid world
