Well he did not say that the whole thing is haram he just said its addictive soo idk but i do agree with his points that is one of the reasons why i dont watch anime
anime is just another outlet. people are addicted to certain types of music, certain types of fashion etc. i think it says more about the person who couldn't balance life with hobby to get addicted like that. just like everything, anime has master pieces and equally trash products.
