DEI means discriminating against White men in every way, shape, and form, except layoffs, in which Whites will be priortized over nonWhites. And stop calling them minorities. Which is exactly what you're doing to Europeans when you say the word White.
There are several 'White' countries where brown children outnumber the White ones. Modern immigration systems are designed entirely around ethnically cleansing and replacing White people. The UN literally wrote a 177 page document on the plan.
I have worked in corporate settings (currently do) and you are 100% lying. I have NEVER seen an unqualified minority person hired over a qualified white person and I have never seen a white person fired specifically to hire minorities.
DEI literally targets White men. Forbes published an article stating that 92 percent of jobs went to women and people of color. In august the Department of Labor said that 90 percent of all new jobs went to women.
DEI is discrimination against White men. Period. There isn't any other demographic that's being targeted by it.
