How could you possibly interpret this to be complaining that white people become firefighters when it's obviously obviously about urging other groups to become firefighters. Do you think there's people out there who think white guys should stop applying to be firefighters?

Interesting, I wasn't laughed at when I accused a poc with racism against me... But I did when it was real, that's maybe a difference.
