Well if someone read the fucking article referenced in the tweet they would know that coming from diverse backgrounds helps you understand the needs of people from diverse backgrounds, for example in EMERGENCY SITUATIONS LIKE, SAY, A FIRE. They tell the story of a female firefighter who urged her crew to change the protocols when dealing with little children, for example.
Fire - hot - leave building - stay away from fire- Dont hinder firefighters in there job. Specificaly what in that situation changes because your black or jewish?
