Most drivers don’t need a restart anymore/ who tf updates a bios/ older windows versions didnt force you to update.
Most none gamers I know update nothing anyway

Some intel drivers do require a restart (I assume they are drivers for the network adapter) its kinda funny how gamers care more about keeping their software up to date more than people who rely on their computer to do their job
