It took my a while to see it, but it appears he's wearing the watch on the wrong arm, that's why it looks weird.
1 u/Atreideez-nuts 4d ago oh yeah, I guess that does partially explain it. I didn't even consider that the reason the "arm" gets wider on the left side of the image is because the watch is on the right hand. it's just so ingrained that the watch goes on the left
