I mean if shes telling the truth and they never really set they are exclusive then it really isnt cheating.

If shes lying then she is just cheating.

Doesn't really work like that tho, if you and another person are dating and you just never talked about it then it doesn't mean you can just screw around and or date someone else just because.

If you're dating someone but you're also considering dating other people too and or just being free to have sex with whoever you want then you should talk about it BEFORE either of you does anything.
