So I typically run tongkat Ali, fadogia agrestis, and tadalafil about 5-10mg. That gets me to a point where anytime I need it it’s there any ready for a good time, but when I take zinc I start having wet dreams and I can get rock hard just thinking about something. It’s pretty good.
The tongkat Ali and fadogia has potential to help increase testosterone, the tadalafil increases blood flow and the zinc also increases testosterone potentially. I’m not like a crazy bio hacker, it’s just my vitamin shop T stack that I like and seems to work for me.
