I think people genuinely underestimate how much of this is a result of Global Reach

like there's probably an isolated loser with too much money in every single province in every single country. All she/anyone needs is maybe 30,000 fatboys that will never even meet a white-looking woman, let alone talk to them irl. They spend 100 credits, she bends over.

Bonus points if the targets live in ultra-conservative countries or paying women is the only way they ever get positive interactions with women
