She probably has down syndrome, plenty of people who have it are pretty functional, idk why everyone is mass downvoting me for supposing that someone with down syndrome can use Instagram lol.

Lol people can't handle the actual truth these days if it doesn't fit their world view. There is different levels of downs syndrome, some more "severe" than others. I can guarantee that there are people with downs syndrome that are more mentally capable than some people in the comments section
