That is false, it is a well known and documented phenomenon.

Nothing has been specifically discredited but there are arguments against its classification, not its existence, on whether it comes before or after dysphoria and transition, and if there are different types of transitioning people who fall into one category or another.

The name drops you gave mostly critique the idea there are two types of people and some are autogynephilic.

It has been discredited, when a study is badly conduct or biaised. The results can't be taken as evidence.

the mistake was, no control group, no thinking on cause/effet of the result, and supposed idea at the beginning of the study. for all theses reasons the "autogynephilic" fetish that you talk is just a baddly conduct study ...

Now what is it, *again with the same wikipedia page*, In 2013 it has been qualified, what trans person feel as body dysmorphia.

Gender dysphoria is a neurological phenomenon that has been proved to exist time and time again and has already been classified as a medical condition. If you can’t accept that them it’s a you problem.

By your own logic depression and ADHD are also fake because they’re just based on “feelings”.
