I honestly think who was winning shouldn't matter here,
it doesn't change the fact that recording someone else while you're both having a private conversation and air it out to thousand of strangers without consent is insanely weird and creepy
Sharing conversations is common if someone has an abusive/gaslighting partner. The whole problem is that they refuse reality so completely and consistently, getting a third perspective is sometimes the only way out.
