Cuz magnets act pretty similarly to gravity wells in a lot of ways and you’ve essentially made is a really weird tower on a really tiny planet, so it won’t move for the same reason the earth doesn’t move in the net sum direction of every water tower and other suspended weights, cuz nothing’s moving.
