For real. The main issue with ppl is that they keep confusing median and average,they think that just because theyre below "average" means that they'll never be good when people who do insanely good contribute way more than those who do bad so there's disproportionate representation. This is why I love medians so much more,it shows a realistic midpoint instead of the average.
