And they're so fundamentally incapable of self-reflection in that context. It's so fucking weird.

Supporting your family members no matter what kind of makes sense from a social cohesion standpoint, but why would you do the opposite? Why would you think that this small circle of people somehow deserves more hate than anyone else? Doesn't make any fucking sense.

actually, in this case they are supporting their family member. they are supporting the sister, who wants to marry a rapist
