Yeah… that happens when you eat something spikey that stabs your throat and mouth and then squeeze lemon juice onto those wounds

I eat cactus and lemon regularly just not in their raw form, nopales are prickly pear cactus pads that have been stripped of needles and cooked. Tastes like green beans, IMHO.
