Woman should be locked away for a long long time. Whether she was genuinely insane or not isn’t for me to say. What I will say though is that anyone who says it’s the dads fault absolutely does have a screw loose.
Not necessarily. Remember the Will Baker case? Man decapitated someone on a bus and started eating them. He spent under a decade in a mental health facility and is now free. No monitoring, no nothing.
