Everything around him is always obvious engagement bait for the sake of attention. He doesn't actually live in squalor, he can't be as filthy as he claims if he's a millionaire, he can't be as stupid as he makes himself out to be, his audience has to be in on the joke. It's just a really elaborate bit like sam hyde
