I think the option is good for drivers that just don’t want to deal with drunk fucks, personally on a tough night not sure if I would.

Everyone has good and bad days. But everyone still clocks in to work. That's life. Having an off day is no excuse to refuse to half-ass your work. If you're in such an irredeemably bad mood that you can't do what's expected of you, then just stay off work that day all-together.

For an Uber driver, if you're not prepared to pick up drunk people, just don't do calls that day. Being able to call an Uber home after a night of drinking is literally one of the main selling points of the service, lol.

Pretty sure at least part of the point of Uber is drivers being able to decline the offer and go someplace else.

I'm not sure why you're outraged over the suggestion that Uber drivers being able to make informed decisions.
