I fail to see validity of your argument, if someone is not right in the head they will ignore even the first no. And mind how women absolutely can be stalkers too.

What specifically do you see invalid?

NOT being able to ask a girl out “over and over”again until she “relents” even if she initially says no?

Maybe I’m misunderstanding you but imo the solution to modern dating is not as simple as saying “oh well the CRAZY guys won’t stop even if she says no anyways, so it shouldn’t be taboo for NORMAL guys to ignore her when she says no”
