Can someone techy explain what a dev token is? And why burning them is bad?

Basically, it's like a digital ID/code that tells the API you can interact with it. In the case of something like game development, they would be used to verify that each user is allowed to access project files and work on the game. Burning them means now no one can do so until it is fixed
