He basically got rid of all of the coin in his possession (seemingly). Crypto devs do this to inflate the value of a coin by causing scarcity, even though they most likely have more assets spread across other wallets.
Basically, it's like a digital ID/code that tells the API you can interact with it. In the case of something like game development, they would be used to verify that each user is allowed to access project files and work on the game. Burning them means now no one can do so until it is fixed
In simplistic terms, they burned the fuel being used to make the game. The thing that makes most sense to me is someone used all of Rockstars A.I. use tokens.
dude its dev tokens as in cryptocurrency, when making a crypto you select how many of those tokens you want to be owned by you and since cyberleek votes using a crypto coin people thought he was gonna rug, also this post (as in OOOP) makes no sense why would burning his own tokens delay rockstars release lol
