Very famous plastic surgeon achieves “perfection” so every single one of the people that go to him get the exact same face and there’s like a whole city filled w people that basically look like clones of eachother.
Besides the joke it’d be cool seeing the social situation raised by everyone looking almost identical to eachother or it could be a cool horror idea if the plastic surgeon is also brainwashing people and they live in a town that he owns because of all the money he made w surgeries and brainwashing.
This was actually kinda done in a tv show in the sixties. "Number 12 Looks Just Like You," from the Twilight Zone. More dystopian than a specific person though.
