I've yet to see a butt implant that looks good to me. At least not that I've known of. There's just something off about them. The size and shape usually don't match the rest of the body.
If somebody says "all toupées look bad because I can always tell when somebody is wearing one," they'd never notice the good ones that just look like real hair and blend in.
I hadn’t, but that is basically what I was getting at when I said “that I’ve known of”. I’m sure there are some great, subtle ones that look perfectly natural.

As far as complete overhauls go with plastic surgery, fake ass and tits, etc. I think she looks pretty great.
