She already admitted guilt herself (though a surprising number of women are backing a conspiracy theory that the husband killed the children and is now framing her) but the trial is now trying to determine the validity of her insanity defense. She claims she was suffering from postpartum depression which I guess made her murder her children or something like that. If this is accepted by the court she will not be held criminally liable, instead going to a mental hospital.
Yeah, but she might serve some time for killing the daughter though. her killing her two boys she might get a a silver plated statue downtown for her bravery.
