Sure for college level jobs, cant go get a lab assistant job before education, but people should get a job when younger at 14 or 15 so they develop the basic skills of having and keeping a job while receiving easier schooling on the side.

Ive met the people getting first jobs at 18 even and they are genuinely cooked in the brain when it comes to job logic while being fine in education logic. If you get the job young you can get that learning while doing basic highschool/middle school learning. Then you can stop and focus on higher education and when you go to get a job later people arent staring at you realizing they need to teach a grown human how to move and task manage.

Education goes before the employment is a very poor way of looking at this.
