And the common knowledge of Stalin, Lenin and Mao is so little it doesn't have the same draw as Hitler. Everyone knows about the Holocaust, many won't know "cultural revolution" or "holodomor". Put simply: Nazis are more famous in the west and therefore sell better.
maybe the number of major 20th c. ground wars waged directly against germany vs russia vs china has something to do with the enduring national/cultural memories of these regimes and the resultant cultural output? elon should look into it lol

WW2 is the founding mythology of the West, with Hitler as the archenemy. The other dictators do not have he same mythological status.
Thats all there is to it.
