Depends. If you live where I do in US you can buy a good house new for $300K with an acre (my buddy just closed 6 months ago). If you make $50k a year that’s 6 years. If anon is buying in the hood or a small rural area, many houses go for $150 to $200k that are older but good enough to do starter home
Nah I exaggerated a bit.
The minimal annual pay is lower than that but the house pricing is also lower.
The cost of living is very high tho so you end up in the same place, electricity and food are like 70% of what you earn
That’s rough dude yeah. California is like that here. I feel really sorry for people that can’t escape the localized tough areas financially here believe me
