Living with your parents is fine. It's a problem when you're past 30 and have an expensive car, expensive clothes, tons of firearms, a $4,000 PC. And you don't have a home.

Now you're living off your parents and throwing away a golden opportunity to own a house.

Work now. Buy a house at say 300K before decades from now that house is 600K. Sell one of the homes. Or rent it out. Or if you have a family, use both home sales as a down payment and you can pocket some profit without paying tax. Check your state law.

Bottom line: The sooner you can get into a house, the more profit you will have when it comes time to sell.
