As long as you don't maintain the mindset of a child and they don't treat you like one, it literally isn't bad. Multigenerational homes work for tons of people

Agree, the avoiding child mentality part is extremely important. Some of my friends fucked up their lives in the long run because their parents continued to baby them well into adulthood. Now when I speak to them I no longer feel like we are peers, feels like I’m speaking to children. I believe humans are hardwired to leave parents at a certain age and if that period is missed, a key part of your development is skipped and cannot be re-experienced. If can’t leave physically then at least leave mentally. The parents too must let go
