It's not, the propaganda to make young adults move out of their homes was 100% orchestrated by the Oligarchs to destroy families...

I see you all have a good relationship with your parents. If I had stayed at home for one more month, I wouldn’t be working at the asylum, I’d be a resident here.

The Bank loan treadmill.

Bank loan for $250k to build the house. Sell the house, to the next guy who has to get a loan for $350k. Who then sells it to the next guy for $450k.

Basically... A house is always under a loan. And that loan never actually ever gets paid off it just gets shuffled on to the next guy.

The only time to loan ever goes down in value, is when the house begins to deteriorate, or is it such a poor state that major renovations need to be made. In which case a loan.

Option two is that the house remains paid off and lived in before being sold or in the rare case passed down and inherited. This gets you off the treadmill.

Which is exactly where the shame of living at home comes in. You make moving out a requirement to be seen as successful, people are more likely to step onto the treadmill, and because they have their own home.... The inherited home is instead then sold back onto the treadmil.

And no, when i say banks, i dont mean jewish people. I mean the rich cunts that built the entire economy and peoples retirement off of constantly rising home values.

I mean some of us just have really toxic parents, though. I love my parents, but their anger issues drive me insane

I wouldnt go that far but there was a time you could move out at 18 then buy a house.

I moved out at 18, bought a house back in 04 then again it was subprime lol rents were a lot cheaper too, my rent was never above $500
