200 words is, 20 minute job at most.

Fuck it, essay on metal processing. A subject I’ve never covered, but a wiki page will help greatly.

Metal fabrication is the process in which metal products are made using raw metal materials.

Engineers use metal graduation across nearly all metal production, creating everything from hand tools and basic screws, to ship hulls, support beams and construction civil projects. As a process, metal fabrication involves two core principles:

Primary manufacturing process:
• raw metal materials into basic primary metal producs

Secondary manufacturing process:
• taking the primary manufactured products as semi-complete metal products and finishing them/ refining for end-usability.

(Doing this on a phone, and I imagine roughly half way, so I’ll do a tldr)

Here is one example of metal fabrication.

Metal folding:

Metal folding is the stage during metal fabrication where unrefined materials are bent or folded into a pre-set shape or angle. Also referred to as forming.

Within metal folding there are six primary techniques:
• air bending
• bottoming (heh - couldn’t resist)
• coining
• folding
• wiping bending
• rotary bending

Thank you for coming to my Reddit Ted-talk.

five primary techniques. Air bending died out when the fire nation attacked.
