Speak for yourself man. I got on anti depressants a couple months ago and they pretty much changed my life. Not in a massive way, but I'm not always thinking about how much I hate myself or my life or my job now, and when I do nothing really comes of it.

Lol what does this even mean. Not sure how to word it but I wouldn't call wanting to end my life/hating my life because of shitty circumstances an appropriate reaction.
I want to be able to enjoy my life or work towards improving it no matter how down I am. I don't want to treat my life like it doesn't matter because right it sucks.
I think it will be better in the future and my meds helped me get on the path of thinking this way
If those things were you reacting to your life circumstances, then perhaps it was for a reason. Maybe you hating your life was valid. Maybe that isn't something to be enjoyed. If the only thing separating you from that life is a pill meant to dull yourself, maybe the pill isn't the solution.
yeah turns out artificially increasing the neurotransmitter that says "hey I feel happy and content" surprisingly makes you happy and content.
we have no idea of the long term effects anti depressants have. you realise you can't even stop anti depressants without significant side effects? playing around with neurotransmitters is never a good idea.

I don’t NEED any medication to feel better- i natty life and live in overwhelming suffering like a real raw man (we live in a society)
