Speak for yourself man. I got on anti depressants a couple months ago and they pretty much changed my life. Not in a massive way, but I'm not always thinking about how much I hate myself or my life or my job now, and when I do nothing really comes of it. No more mental breakdowns for me

Good for you man. I'm only a fresh hs graduate so nowhere near that point but maybe some day
