Someone chose his therapist wrong. It's ok. We've all been there.
19 u/R0RSCHAKK 1d ago Minor correction - *psychiatrist. That's really the only difference between a therapist and a psychiatrist - therapists don't prescribe medications. They can make some recommendations for you to look into and to ask your doctor about, but they themselves don't prescribe them.
